Importance of Developing Motor skills and How
Common Question which i will always have in my mind:
Are we having right life style?
Is that better way we can improve our life style?
Are we giving enough time for improving our health?
Is there any directions can be set towards healthy life?
To answer all this questions in very generic way i would say it is possible, I tried to address common and important issues among us, it requires consistent effort to get seasoning our body and to get integrated with mind and soul.
Deep Thoughts:
we are continuously working for survival or dreams or aspirations,we will not have time to focus on core needs of body.
We need to fuel our body in right way and how it is?, we need to see our body as a whole, we need get integrated with entire universe and how we need to integrate? is another question comes in mind.
Collectively we are responsible for this entire world, every individual life style, thinking pattern, happiness, sadness, good deeds and bad deeds etc.., if every individual get streamlined with our body in healthy way our thinking pattern will change accordingly and entire world will be accordingly.
we are collective being as well as individual being.
To make our Dreams,Aspirations, Deep desires to get full filled we need to nurture our body, If we nurture our body well in right way we can accomplish our deeper goals.
Information what i share are already exist, i am re iterating and making it popped up on top of your mind.
With my journey i have come to know if our body is good we can accomplish what we need in our life, if every individuals are able to accomplish in harmonious way, entire world will be harmonious..and BETTER PLACE TO LIVE..
I want to narrate small instance:
Ram was growing in a village, in childhood he gets nurtured in a right way so that he was mentally and Physically healthy, he use to play games with children's and some time he use to play with clay or mud and go to the small mountain with kids get some flowers for daily prayers,while hiking he will enjoy the sunrise and sunset and sound of birds etc.. as the days goes he moved out to city, for studies, job and working towards his aspirations, he is moving slowly away from harmonious life style to competitive life style. he forgot to play, hike mountains etc.. He completed the graduation, After completion of studies he was rushing to get a job to settle, after getting a job and planning to settle with family life , his aspirations goes on...at one point he face lots of issues in health started losing his balance in life, his productivity in work goes down, he was not able to handle the family problems effectively where ever he see only problems in his life..
We will keep story aside and we will know some basics to understand story and importance of health...

What is Motor Skills?
A motor skill is a learned ability to cause a predetermined movement outcome with maximum certainty. Motor learning is the relatively permanent change in the ability to perform a skill as a result of practice or experience. Performance is an act of executing a motor skill. The goal of motor skills is to optimize the ability to perform the skill at the rate of success, precision, and to reduce the energy consumption required for performance. Continuous practice of a specific motor skill will result in a greatly improved performance, but not all movements are motor skills.

Importance of Developing Motor Skills:
Acquiring motor skills is just one part of Humans development. Mastering both fine and gross motor skills are important for Humans growth and independence. Having good motor control helps Humans explore the world around them and also helps with their cognitive development.
What is the difference between fine and gross motor skills?
Fine motor skills are small movements — such as picking up small objects and holding a spoon — that use the small muscles of the fingers, toes, wrists, lips, and tongue.
Gross motor skills are the bigger movements — such as rolling over and sitting — that use the large muscles in the arms, legs, torso, and feet.
Retrospection about Ram and his motor skills?
When he was in childhood he was playing with children happily his gross motor skills are used effectively and he was playing with mud so that his fine motor skills are used effectively, while hiking the small mountains his Visual motor skills are used effectively.He enjoys birds sound, watching scenery of butterfly flying, touching the grass, smelling the aroma of flowers so that all his sense motor skill working effectively. as the days goes he was out of village for his aspirations, his motor skills used very minimal and slowly his health got deteriorated, in normal view we cannot understand not living healthy life is the root cause of his problems, as we do deep introspection we are able to understand he missed to follow the basic activities which nurtured Ram in healthy way, consequence is work-life balance is not taken care by Ram.Ram didn't understand the essence of life which will make him more effective.
Note: There are many people around the world like Ram, didn't realize the consequence of there poor life style which in-turn is affecting the entire Globe in many aspect.

Our Intelligence is so beautiful if we use them in right way, Please spend your time in understanding currently which motor skill you are dominant make sure you use motor skill in balanced way, it is fact that male is dominant of Gross motor skill, female is dominant of Fine motor skills. so male and female have to use the motor skills in balanced way to lead harmonious life which in turn will make our world harmonious.
