Realizing the Being

Realizing the being makes me feels good, 

When i inhale and exhale for few minutes and I start aware of my being, sense of calmness in me, only throbbing sensation in my body.

Slowly my thoughts getting flooded, I try to bring my awareness back again, emptiness in my awareness getting felt.

More I bring awareness to my body only emptiness remain in me. 

Sense of happiness flowing when more awareness felt,

Joy is flowing when I aware more emptiness.

Emptiness only remains, with joy and happiness.

Is this a permanent state joy what they are referring to, which i am getting the glimpse through meditation.
