One instance i have to share for why i recommend,


We our friends planned to go Agasthiyar koodam trek, it is 3 days journey in forest, we need to mentally and physically fit, i started my preparation 3 months before, i just did surya namaskar and yoga four days in a week, weekly once i will jog and do cycling for an hour, my other friends are equally competitive, as planned we went in car with all our back pack, but i have taken more nuts and fruits while journey, my friends they dont understand why i am taking and they were laughing at me, 1st day went, day went with tough terrain we never expected and i was good and confident along with friends, we stayed in tents arranged by kerala government they provided decent facilities, next day morning we started, we have to climb some more hills to reach the destiny, we can see bull dung on the path it made us scared any incidents may happen, place looks heaven with seasonal flowers, it was more tough than first day and it was more steep, my friends scared only about me will I able to sustain this tough climb, yes I made we reached the destiny I gave the nuts and fruits which I took on the first day which really helped us. Finally we reached successfully with joy.

I need to conclude Surya Namaskar & Yoga helped me lot handle the very tough climb. Friends we have valuable art, we have to make use for betterment of our life, many aware but they never tried to learn it, once you learn you know the value of the treasure which I am talking about. All the best!!
