Loneliness vs Mindfulness

Loneliness makes the human sick, not having a family with them, not having a job, love failure, etc.. we need to learn to survive the phase of loneliness, we are providing room to many mental illnesses, by being idle make you bored, you feel something you have lost, you feel no one is caring, loving, you get hurt emotionally.
To overcome loneliness our mindset has to be changed, the first thing is we are not alone, we need to feel we are connected to everything that exists in the cosmos subtly way, that wholeness makes us feel I am not alone on this planet. When you are spiritually strong you feel comfortable in yourself.
Being alone is a gift, but many never thought about that, when you are alone you can connect with your body, there are techniques to feel every part of the body, more your mind is connected with your body you will live in this moment, more you are present and focus on breath, your thoughts are reduced and then you will not think about family not with you, job loss, love failure, etc.
Being present is the key to solve your loneliness, then loneliness is not more entry psychological problems, being alone you can make wonders, the moment I right this word is by being alone, more you accept loneliness and start living in present, joy will flow in you, then loneliness is not more entry point for decease, it is an entry point for joy,
THE KEY IS LIVING IN THE PRESENT.
