Strategy for Mental Health


We have different views for meditation, some say mindful awareness is meditation, sitting in a silent place witnessing your inner awareness is meditation, some experts say aware of you energy centers in your body is meditation, some deeper meditation experts say bringing kundalini from muladhara(root chakra) to shashrara(Crown chakra) is the ultimate awareness. Some say to begin with an awareness of your breath is the starting point of developing a meditative mind.

I never tell wrong about meditation techniques that we mentioned above, there are fundamental understanding we need to know about meditation, 

Why do we need to do meditation? To make our mind Calm, free from negative thoughts, Free from negative emotions, Aware of our every movement like what we speak, think, and respond to, being centeredness, this could be our ultimate aim?

Let me take a drawing small crayon painting for example;
When I draw the small art with total awareness, my mind becomes free, thoughtless, emotionless, centered. I don't need to sit calmly, I can keep lovely music which I enjoy, and paint with crayons, I feel so relaxed and joyful.

I am not low grading the meditation itself, a meditative mind is important and this can be cultivated naturally by doing art which you like, playing an outdoor game, walking with nature for an hour, and trekking. Yoga, and Surya namaskar if you learn well.

Any activity we do with inner awareness becomes meditative, there are proven scientific records for my statement.

The reason for the emphasis on the natural meditative approach is many interpret wrongly, many go through delusions that create the disorder in the mind, natural meditation doesn't have any side effects.

You don't need to make any effort, you don't need to feel that is right or wrong, you do like a child and enjoy like a child.

Our Body, Energy centers, Mind, Intellect gets integrated with our soul naturally with ease of effort, no extra techniques are needed to understand them, you have to love and enjoy with awareness, rest will fall in place naturally.

We can see significant improvement in our Health and Wellness.
