Understanding Autopilot thought in Relationship


 

Raju was in love with a lovely woman called Sonu, everything went well, they both loved each other, it was a wonderful occasion for them with good memories, they had a good intimate relationship, they were caring for each other.

One fine day Raju met with an accident and died, Sonu was emotionally upset, she cannot come out from the happy moments they both had, she was undergoing a dark phase in her life, to come out from the emotional pain is not easy for her.

Sonu has to move forward, two years later in her home, they are planning for marriage, She was in a position to accept the new life, but emotionally she can not accept a new life, she has memories filled with Raju,

What she can do to overcome? How does she need to have a transition from past life to new life?

As a normal person, it is not easy to accept the new life, she needs the courage to accept what she has lost and let go of what she has lost, to say in words is easy, how to do?

She doesn't want new life to be also sad, she found a very good Mindfulness coach to address her problem.

Mindfulness helped her to manage her trauma of life, she was depressed of past incidents, she was in autopilot mode every incident with a new partner she carries some thoughts about the past, it is true in our life as well right?

how she addressed the autopilot thought which she carried in her?

Thoughts may arise for her, she accepted, if any thoughts which bother her she let go mindfully, she was developing present moment awareness in her.

Sonu was kind to her every thought of the past and she didn't resist her thoughts and didn't accept them as well, just made the thoughts let go.

In this way, she was able to address autopilot thoughts triggered in her mind, able to live the new life.

Everyone has passed tragedy in life it doesn't mean we need our life sad, we need to come out from autopilot thought and lead the present life fully!

We need to say thanks to mindfulness it changed many lives including mine, I narrated this story for our better understanding, to address our inner trauma of life.
