For the past 3 years, I have been passionate
about helping others navigate mental health as a coach Mindfulness and
Emotional Intelligence Life Coach. My own journey with stress, burnout, and
anxiety fueled that passion – it is something many of us face, especially in
demanding corporate environments.

real difference. Here are some practices that keep me grounded:
