Happy weekend, everyone! While some of you are enjoying nature walks and weekend getaways, I woke up with a pondering thought: Are we individual beings or a collective one? This question struck me as I sat down at my laptop. It's a simple tool, yet owning it reflects a vast network of collective effort. Let's take a journey to understand the unseen chain behind this ordinary laptop. Earning the Means: To purchase this laptop, I needed money. This money came from my work, where countless dedicated individuals – my colleagues – contribute their skills daily. Their efforts are a vital link in the chain. Reaching the Consumer: The journey doesn't stop there. Walking into a showroom, I was greeted by a pleasant ambience, strategic product placement, and helpful salespeople. These elements, orchestrated by marketing and sales teams, ensured a smooth buying experience. Yet again, a collective effort. The Mastermind Behind the Machine: Before reaching the showroom, the laptop went ...

The inner child is a reflection of our soul? How much playfulness brings creativity to us? How much childishness gives happiness to us? As we grow we forget the playfulness, did you notice? Our responsibility makes us forget the inner child in us! How can we bring out the inner child in us? Is there any better approach to bringing creativity? Sometimes we need to think about the inner child. The best way of bringing out our inner child is through Art, Fun Games, playing with a child and much more. Power of Journal

Who is your best friend? To whom you can share everything? Why is a secretive kind of friend important? Let me narrate a story to understand the importance of maintaining secret, There lived a boy called Ram, He has many friends; Ram is very open and keeps sharing everything he knows. He shares all his personal and intimate information to all his friends; sometimes Ram friends don't maintain the intimacy. They share the Ram intimate information to neighbors. Ram personally gets hurt for this kind of behavior by their friends. We can see Similar Ram characters in our life. Being transparent to everyone is not always good. Our self-esteem gets hurt easily. Only person who treats you better is only you, do you agree? How to address our emotional issues? We need one secret kind of friend, not exactly a friend. Have you heard about writing a letter to God? Yes, it is one of powerful journaling techniques to address your emotional and mental health issues. You can share to your love...

Who Am I?

Image
It was the deeper question every spiritual seeker asks to themselves, isn't it? Sometimes I used to ask myself also? And I have tried to find the answer by reading many books! As I asked this question to myself and tried to find the answer. I needed to experience it fully. Who Am I?  I have a car, I have a good job, I have a lovely son, I have a lovely mother, I worship a lovely goddess, I have decent wealth, this Who Am I talking about my material status! There is another version of Who Am I? I am not the body, I am not the blood, I am not the senses, I am not the fleshes, I am not the bones, I am not the Ojas! Then Who Am I?  Then after reading many books on spirituality, I came to know, I am awareness, I am witnessing the happenings of life, I am just awareness or consciously witnessing myself. The answer sounds simple but it has a deeper meaning. You walk on the road you see the accident, your mind is agitated by seeing the event, isn't it? If you are getting attached to th...

How to find the Inner peace?

Image
How to find the inner peace? The very critical question, did anyone asked to yourself? How to find the inner peace? This a small attempt from my side to attain inner peace! I was reading Jidhu Krishna Murthy's books and Osho's books As I start reading the books I came across a few words Desire, Comparison, Search, Identity, Awareness and Die to the past. These important words have a significant impact on inner peace, but how? This is what I understood and tried to explain to you all. Now we talk about No Desire, what if we don't have the desire, how do our lives change, we don't have to wear white robes to talk about this but it is important to stay without having negative desires at least, I am desired for a car then I will be in a position to start working for the money because I desire for the car, now we have a question, having a desire for the car is wrong?  Not absolutely, we can desire for our food, shelter, clothes and basic need for our life. Too much desire cr...
