We have different views for meditation, some say mindful awareness is meditation, sitting in a silent place witnessing your inner awareness is meditation, some experts say aware of you energy centers in your body is meditation, some deeper meditation experts say bringing kundalini from muladhara(root chakra) to shashrara(Crown chakra) is the ultimate awareness. Some say to begin with an awareness of your breath is the starting point of developing a meditative mind. I never tell wrong about meditation techniques that we mentioned above, there are fundamental understanding we need to know about meditation,  Why do we need to do meditation?   Am I Grounded in my existence? Keeping grounded in ourselves is important. Making ourselves aware of our breath. Aware of our feelings and emotions. Making ourselves respond spontaneously. Spontaneous is a very important trait of existence. The spontaneous trait has to be cultivated in us, that is how life is. There is a difference between responding and reacting. The response is an act with awareness, a Reaction is an act without awareness. The moment You're aware you respond spontaneously. When we are grounded our root chakra becomes active.   I was sitting in my corridor, watching the children play, witnessing my breath, a touch of my body on the chair, different sounds of the children in the park, that awareness may look simple but it develops inner focus, when I am nonjudgemental of my thoughts, accept my presence as it is, my tensions in my body go away, feel relaxed, beyond relaxing, I can come out from the drama of life, this present moment is a great gift for me to dive into deeper peace just by using my senses as juggling ball.
